1. Refund Guarantee
Blade C Optimum LLC stands behind its work. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or outcome of the services rendered, as measured against the objectives defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), you are eligible to request a full refund of the fees paid for those services within 30 days of your payment date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Submit a written request to [email protected] within the 30-day refund period.
The request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction, specifically relating to the services delivered versus the agreed-upon SOW.
3. Refund Process
Upon receiving your valid request, we will acknowledge it within 3 business days. We may request to discuss the issues with you to understand and seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will process the full refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days of approving the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
The refund request is made after the 30-day window.
The dissatisfaction arises from the performance, pricing, or features of a third-party cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure).
You have failed to provide necessary cooperation or information, as outlined in the "Customer Responsibilities" section of our Terms of Service, which hindered our ability to perform the service.
The services have already been successfully implemented and utilized in a live production environment for a significant period, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
